I will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside my business. I store all information and notes with respect to services I undertake to ensure I maintain and exceed the level of service that I provide. For example, what treatment you have had, how you've reacted from receiving the treatment. I consider you have provided consent for me to store personal identifying information and information about the treatments receiving from me. Legally this has to be stored for 7 years. Depending on the particular service(s) providing I may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. I will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service.

Appointment confirmations and reminders

I will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. and will consider you having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time. How will I use your data I will only use your contact details in order to contact you. I never give or sell our customers details or third parties. Access to your personal information You are entitled to view, amend or delete the information I hold relating to you. How do I store your personal data All information that you supply me with is stored safely, I will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement.

Appointment ratings and reviews

After your visit I may send you an email or SMS asking you how you felt from you receiving your treatment(s) and to ask to provide any feedback. I consider your agreement and participation in the as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

Marketing

I will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for me to do so. I occasionally send email information based on services and products purchased and information I collect from you. For example, I may send marketing information related to my new treatments or any special offers I may be providing at that time, the fact if you've not visited after 6 months (I may offer you a discount when you re-book) and any other special days like Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas. Of course, you may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.
